Integrity Organization is an anti corruption, research and advocacy organization with an aim of reducing the tolerance to corruption and improving good governance in the World starting from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST). Founded in April 2016 by Samuel Okoth, the Club’s vision is to develop, nurture and empower pro-active champions and ambassadors of integrity through education. Integrity has been in the business of engaging the government at various levels, using results of demands side research to engage in constructive dialogue with the government. Integrity has had a history of credible involvement in high profile issues and it has built a reputation for tactful, high impact handling of engagement with supply side actors on various issues. The vision of the organization was founded on engaging a committee of ten students at MMUST through collective action to reduce corruption and improve governance. In a bid to beam the search light on the sectors where corruption and bribery are endemic in MMUST and the country, the team developed a platform where citizens can report all kinds of corruption related activities. Here is our constitution.We encourage and challenge your conscience to name and shame the departments in the country or the institution that have been overtaken and are rife with corruption. However we recognize that in spite of the state of corruption in country, not all Kenya’s sectors or the institution’s departments are corrupt, therefore we encourage you to report cases where services were rendered without asking you to pay any bribe, let us name and praise the sectors that carry out their duties with transparency. In the event that you may be in a dilemma when asked to pay a bribe, whether to pay or not to pay, we urge you to still report it here on Integrity Portal or email us at integrityorganisationkenya@gmail.com .Emerging trends from the reports statistics are studied and this is where the priority targets are identified for our advocacy work, to push for change or encourage consistency (in the case of centers that are exemplary). In some instances, we would take up an individual case where we find incontrovertible evidence and the person reporting is willing and able to provide all the information needed.
